Hey Hyrum it is good to see you on the blog. And great job getting a run in and even with Sasha. Stick with it, do you think another marathon is in the future?

How was your run yesterday?

I was too stiff yesterday to run, and I am still stiff. I do plan to run a couple of miles tonight. Thanks for the encouragement. Good luck in AZ!
