Get back in shape to qualify for Boston again

Long-Term Running Goals:

I expect to run a marathon in every state, and one day the Great Wall of China Marathon.

Personal:

I am married.  I don't yet have any children.  I served an LDS mission in Rochester New York.  I am the race director for the Utah Valley Marathon, and think every one should sign up.

I was too stiff yesterday to run, and I am still stiff. I do plan to run a couple of miles tonight. Thanks for the encouragement. Good luck in AZ!

I wanted to sign up for the uvm, but my knee has been bothering me. I was thinking maybe a last minute sign up for the 5k, but I just read that you still needed volunteers. Let me know if I can suport you in that aspect of this event.
