I wanted to sign up for the uvm, but my knee has been bothering me. I was thinking maybe a last minute sign up for the 5k, but I just read that you still needed volunteers. Let me know if I can suport you in that aspect of this event.
Now you can focus on getting you behind back in shape, I expect to see you on more runs:) I just watned to tell you what a great job you did with the race, it went so smoothly.
